At the time of his appointment as Attorney General, Mr. Armour was President of the Council for Legal Education, the Caribbean treaty-based regional legal body under whose auspices the three (3) Caribbean Law Schools exist in Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and the Bahamas, and from which he resigned when he took office as Attorney General. He was President of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago from 2015 to 2017 and was a judge of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of the Eastern Caribbean and a sitting judge of the Supreme Court of Trinidad and Tobago.
